Established in 2008, Lagos Literary and Arts Journal publishes material primarily from and about artistes of Nigerian origin. We typically publish the following:
1. Artiste interviews
2. Artiste work profiles and reviews - books, art, music, film, stage
3. Event profiles - what went down, where and how
4. Photography
5. Creative fiction, nonfiction and poetry.

We are always looking for talented freelance writers with a passion for the arts to regularly provide content for both the newly re-launching print and online editions. We are only looking for content in categories 1-4 above.
What We Want?
We are not looking for ordinary writing. We are looking for content with exciting angles; not only about a WHO or WHAT but also with the interesting WHY and HOW?
We are looking for original writing which has not been published elsewhere.
How Do We Pay?
Payment for any submitted material is negotiated, and we pay after publishing. You can of course earn a lot more by assisting an upcoming artiste to present their story to us for publication.
What Next?
Please send us a sample of your best writing for evaluation. No fiction or poetry please.
